Nutrition is the key to a fitter and healthier you. Yes, you need to exercise but watching what you eat is equally if not more important to keeping and maintaining the body shape that you want.
As a Personal Trainer I believe that the food you eat accounts for 80 per cent of the way you look which is why many people who spend 90 minutes in the gym every day see little or no change to their physique.
Yes, they sweat at the gym but they have an unbalanced lifestyle. They eat and drink the wrong things. There are so many wonderful things to eat. Shops are filled with a variety of fruit, vegetables and meat. So why are so many people overweight? Simply, because those same shops also stock chocolate, crisps, cakes, processed meals full of fat and fizzy drinks made of sugar.

Many people lack self-discipline and even commonsense so rather than picking up the healthy options they buy the junk food and their body fat content stays the same in spite of their efforts at the gym.
